1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

3. Referral Programme

Our referral programme allows waitlist members to move up the queue by inviting others. By participating in the referral programme, you agree that:

• You will only share your referral link with genuine potential users
• You will not use bots, automation, or fraudulent means to generate fake referrals
• Fraudulent referral activity will result in removal from the waitlist
• Referral-based benefits (priority access, fee discounts) are at TrustedDealMaker's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn

4. Pilot Programme

Selection for the Pilot Programme is at TrustedDealMaker's sole discretion. Waitlist position improves your chances but does not guarantee selection. Pilot Programme benefits (waived fees, priority support, founding user badge) are subject to the Pilot Programme Agreement issued at the time of selection.

5. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive communications from us including:

• Waitlist status updates and launch notifications
• Product announcements and feature previews
• Marketing communications about the TrustedDealMaker platform

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Transactional notifications (e.g. OTP verification, position updates) cannot be opted out of while you remain on the waitlist.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TrustedPayer Intermediary Services Ltd and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the waitlist
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users or our staff

The waitlist website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The app launch timeline described on this website is indicative and may be subject to change.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, TrustedPayer Intermediary Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of any fees paid by you, if any.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the waitlist following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
